About CUSTOM Ordering

ScreenPrintz offers quick and easy online ordering for our most popular custom apparel and promotional product needs. If you don’t see a particular item in our online store, please call or email for a custom quote.

Once you submit your order online you will be contacted to confirm your order and give directions on how to send us your artwork.

Before your products go into production, you will receive a digital proof which requires your approval to begin. We don’t start product until you are completely satisfied with the proof. We generally turn products around within 7-10 business days after approval. 

About SHipping

We use UPS as our courier. Apparel is typically shipped from our Sarnia, Ontario location and print products and signage from our production facility in Toronto, Ontario.

If you are local to Sarnia, you are welcome to come by and  pick-up your order when it is ready.

Shopping In Our ONLINE STORE

All apparel in our online store is made to order, meaning we don’t carry inventory, we make it as needed in your size. As such we do not offer returns or refunds. Please ensure you check our sizing charts to be sure you are ordering the correct size.
